I was completely enthralled with the romance between Reese and Brennan, as they were truly made for each other, and at the same time, my heart broke for Sheridan and his love for Reese. In the Then portion we get to see how Reese and Brennan meet and fall in love and all the obstacles they have to go through before getting together, and in the Now, we follow Reese and Sheridan as they rush to find out what really happened to Brennan. I have mentioned it before, I don’t like books that jump from past to present, I feel the flow gets interrupted, but in Secret Service, it worked.
